Fab location next to the sea in the distance and the restaurants and shops of Fira and Greece, and free parking. Also, easy access to Pelican Kipos. Unique room, neat, with a private jacuzzi as well as a hot tub❤

The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new, equipped with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control. the location is great, close to shops and restaurants. - the hotel offers early check-in. - the hotel is near the best restaurants and beautiful sunsets after 8 pm.

The room is spotless, modern and has sea views. The location is fab, at a medium distance from Archaeological Museum of Thera. The restaurant is really nice for a lovely meal and view. We would recommend this place to everyone.

The breakfast was varied with large portions and all the food was amazing! The hotel was in a central location right on the coast. Moreover, Art of the Loom Gallery was a 10-15 minute walk from the place.

Great location close to Fira and walking distance but away from the noise of ther town at night. Staff and hotel manager were excellent. Spotlessly clean and huge room. Brand new hotel with nice pool and good views across fields to the sea.

Breakfast not up to 5 star standard. Most things left sitting in trays and cold with eggs, pancakes not freshly cooked. No toast machine. Apart from that very good.

Staff was very welcoming and attentive. I felt like anything I asked of them would be satisfied. Our room was very large and everything was very comfortable. Location is great if you're not wanting to stay directly on the Caldera.

Breakfast buffet could have been better. Pillows were uncomfortable. More towels would have been nice.

The honeymoon queen room with a hot tub was fabulous, and the central location was a definite bonus for us.

The location was quiet and an easy walk or drive into Fira. We did not want to stay on the cliffs so this was a great choice. The pool was big and amazing and the staff impeccable. The food at the restaurant was great and snacks at the poolside bar were great too. We were always greeted with friendly faces and Costa the manager was always helpful. Breakfast was good too and we loved the quiet location. It was clean and rooms were big and had nice closets and free wifi. Bathrooms were nice and modern. Couldn't say anything negative.

Location close to Santorini and how large the island is, an early morning flight and bus / taxi station. Decent sized room with climate control and slippers, delicious drinks in the on-site bar...

Our honeymoon queen room with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and climate control was unique. the location was absolutely perfect, for example, Museum of Prehistoric Thira was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The majority of the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

There were no transfers to or from the port or airport even though it stated on our booking conformation that there were, this was due to a change in management but became very frustrating as there was a taxi strike the day we arrived and as none of the streets are named it was very difficult to find the hotel. Also the hotel is fairly expensive and it looks over the back of the island not the main area. It is a few blocks down the hill away from the main area and there is nothing around it. The rooms are also quite dark even though they are well appointed and large.

Too much sunlight in early morning , due to inadequate curtains on balcony and no curtains at all for two small windows, no menu in room, no info list in room (we had to go downstairs and ask reception number)

The breakfast here was delicious with generous portions, and the location was ideal for exploring, just a short walk to all the places I wanted to visit.
